Register with the ZSVR (LUCID)
You must register as a "Manufacturer" (even if you just pack boxes) in the official government database.
Go to LUCID Registration →Buy a License (Dual System)
You cannot pay the government directly. You must contract a "Dual System" partner to recycle your waste. Popular providers include:

- Lizenzero (Interseroh)
- Usewaste
Report your Data (The Forecast)
You need to estimate how many kilograms of Paper and Plastic you will ship to Germany in the coming year. This is where Tare.fyi helps.

Enter Data into LUCID
Take the volume report from your Dual System provider and enter the exact same numbers into your LUCID dashboard under "Data Report".
Repeat Annually
